Due to COVID-19, we ask that no more than 3 customers be in the shop at any one time. If you arrive and can see through the windows that there are 3 people already in the shop, we ask that you patiently wait outside until 1 leaves.
We are also asking all our wonderful customers to only come to the shop ON YOUR OWN at this time. PLEASE DO NOT BRING FAMILY MEMBERS INTO THE SHOP AT THIS TIME. We are conscious of limiting the access to the public for the safety of our team.

Online Ordering FAQ's
Where can I find the products that are available?
You can search/scroll through the available products on our Order Online page. Here you will see the products and be able to tell us on your order form what you'd like.
Why can't I add products to a cart and pay online?
Because all our products are sold by weight. So that means, even though we give you the price per kg, we cannot know exactly what items will cost once weighed up, as weight will vary between different pieces of meat. For example, 1 piece of scotch fillet might weigh 150g, and another might weigh 250g.
How will I pay for my order?
Once you have submitted your order, we will prepare the order, weigh the items and finalise the amount due on your order. Once this has been completed, we will phone you to redeem payment - so please ensure you use the correct mobile or home number on your order form.
How can I arrange delivery?
Simple - just tell us on your form that you'd prefer delivery. Ensure you have entered your correct address so that our delivery driver will know exactly where to go. Once we have phoned to complete your order, we will let you know then when your delivery will take place.
Does delivery cost anything?
If your order is under $50, then we will charge a small delivery fee. If your order is over $50, your delivery will be free.
How do I know what suburbs you'll deliver to?
We will deliver in approximately a 15km radius from our shop in Tenambit.
When will my delivery take place?
Once we have received payment and finalised your order, we will arrange delivery
at a time that suits you if you live within the 5km radius of the shop. If you live
outside the 5km radius, we may schedule deliveries on a different day, depending
on the workload of our driver and staff.
What time do I have to place my order for same-day delivery?
Please ensure you place your orders before 10am if you want same-day delivery.
What if I want to pick up my order from the shop?
That's completely fine too! We are more than happy for you to collect your order in store. As with all other orders, we will compile your products, weigh them and phone you to redeem payment for your order. Once you have paid for your order, you may then proceed to the shop to collect when it suits you. We are open from 7am through til 5pm weekdays, and 7am through til 12 noon Saturdays. PLEASE DO NOT HEAD TO THE SHOP UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR COLLECTION.
Can I pay cash at the shop for a pick-up order?
Yes, you can. When we phone you to finalise your order, please let our friendly staff know that you would prefer to pay in-store on pick up.
